Service Fee

Our consultancy and planning fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover professional time, research, and coordination services.

Third-Party Bookings

Refunds for flights, hotels, and other bookings are subject to the individual policies of the respective airlines, hotels, and operators. We will communicate these terms to you before confirming any booking.

Cancellation Timeline

Cancellations made well in advance (typically 30+ days) may attract lower penalties. Last-minute cancellations may result in 100% forfeiture of funds paid to suppliers. Exact terms depend on the specific booking.

Visa Application Fees

Visa processing fees paid to embassies or consulates are non-refundable regardless of visa outcome or trip cancellation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds from suppliers will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–21 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.

Force Majeure

Aerionyx Travels is not liable for cancellations or losses arising from events beyond our control including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government travel restrictions.
