Please read these terms carefully before using the services of Aerionyx Travels.

1. Services

Aerionyx Travels (NexRev Consultants LLP) provides custom travel planning, booking, and consultancy services. We act as an intermediary between travelers and travel service providers.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and supplier terms. A deposit is required to initiate bookings. Full payment must be completed before departure as per the timeline specified in your booking confirmation.

3. Cancellations

Cancellation charges apply as per the policies of respective airlines, hotels, and operators. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.

4. Passports & Visas

Clients are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents. We provide visa assistance but cannot guarantee visa approvals. Processing fees are non-refundable.

5. Liability

Aerionyx Travels acts as an agent for third-party service providers and is not liable for acts, omissions, or defaults of airlines, hotels, or other suppliers. We are also not liable for delays, accidents, or losses beyond our control.

6. Changes to Itinerary

While we endeavor to deliver services as booked, we reserve the right to make minor itinerary changes due to operational or safety reasons. Significant changes will be communicated promptly.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
